These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Hoki99 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at hoki99.cam.

Hoki99 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports disciplines), lottery products, and related entertainment services. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence issued under the Curaçao jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Hoki99.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a User to their Account using a supported payment method, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay, Boost, or supported cryptocurrency channels.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer product, lottery, or arcade product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all Accounts.
• "Platform" means the website at hoki99.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful, or an individual who has been self-excluded or terminated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager from Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account to a verified payment method held in the User's name.

3.1 AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. This applies regardless of whether gambling is legal at a lower age in your country or jurisdiction of residence. Hoki99 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy on all accounts without exception.

3.2 ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON
Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Holding, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals in jurisdictions where accessing or using an online gambling service is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of your participation from your jurisdiction. Hoki99 makes no representation as to the legal status of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its international licence.

3.4 ACCURATE INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any Account registered using false, misleading, or third-party information may be suspended or terminated, and associated funds withheld pending investigation.

4.1 REGISTRATION PROCESS
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, contact number, and a chosen username and password. By submitting your registration, you represent that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

4.2 ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised the activity.

4.3 ACCOUNT SECURITY BREACH
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Hoki99 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

4.4 TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
Hoki99 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional account security measure. While enabling 2FA is recommended, it is currently optional. Hoki99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where 2FA was available but not activated by the User.

5.1 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Hoki99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrency channels including BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC. The availability of specific methods is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM DEPOSITS
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current applicable limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Hoki99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.

5.3 PROCESSING TIMES
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the applicable number of network confirmations for each coin.

5.4 CURRENCY
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, wagers, winnings, and payouts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5.5 NO THIRD-PARTY DEPOSITS
All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Hoki99 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits originating from payment methods not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended.

6.1 WITHDRAWAL ELIGIBILITY
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed KYC verification in accordance with Section 10. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder.

6.2 PROCESSING TIMES
Hoki99 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, for large withdrawal amounts requiring additional review, or where a compliance review is required.

6.3 MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

6.4 WAGERING REQUIREMENT COMPLIANCE
Funds that originate from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Hoki99 reserves the right to verify wagering activity before releasing funds.

6.5 RIGHT TO WITHHOLD
Hoki99 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, multiple account use, or breach of these Terms. Users affected will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

7.1 GENERAL BONUS TERMS
All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by Hoki99 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In cases of conflict, the promotional-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.

7.2 WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3 MAXIMUM BET DURING BONUS PLAY
While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's specific terms and is typically between RM250 and RM500. Exceeding this limit, whether intentionally or inadvertently, may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

7.4 GAME CONTRIBUTION RATES
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms.

7.5 BONUS EXPIRY
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

7.6 BONUS ABUSE
Hoki99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or misuse of promotional terms. This includes, without limitation, coordinated wagering designed to exploit game contribution rates, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

8.1 ACCEPTANCE OF WAGERS
Hoki99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including where odds or game outcomes were offered in error, where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, or where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud or abuse.

8.2 TECHNICAL ERRORS
In the event of a technical error, platform malfunction, or miscalculation affecting a game or betting market, Hoki99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Winnings generated from a demonstrably erroneous outcome shall not be honoured.

8.3 SPORTS BETTING — LIVE MARKETS
In-play (live) betting odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other sports markets are updated in real-time. Hoki99 accepts no responsibility for delays in odds updates attributable to internet latency, third-party data feed issues, or other factors outside our direct control.

8.4 PAYOUT CALCULATIONS
All winnings are calculated based on the odds or RTP parameters applicable at the time the wager was accepted. Retrospective disputes regarding payout calculations must be submitted to support within 14 days of the relevant game round or event outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with any game, betting market, or platform function.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated fraud in relation to any game or betting market.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security or technical measure on the Platform.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any third party in operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false identity information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Abusing bonus promotions through systematic low-risk wagering or coordinated multi-account strategies.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other users in any communication channel.

10.1 VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Hoki99 is required under its international licence and internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) framework to conduct identity and age verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request.

10.2 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Standard KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or valid driving licence); (b) proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence); and (c) where required, proof of payment method ownership.

10.3 ENHANCED DUE DILIGENCE
For accounts with high transaction volumes or other elevated risk indicators, Hoki99 may request additional documentation including source of funds declarations. Users who decline to provide requested documentation may have their Account suspended and withdrawal requests held pending resolution.

10.4 DATA HANDLING
All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Hoki99 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect submitted personal data against unauthorised access or disclosure.

11.1 TERMINATION BY USER
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to a verified payment method in your name upon completion of any pending KYC requirements.

11.2 TERMINATION BY HOKI99
Hoki99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, including where: the User has breached these Terms; there is evidence of fraud or suspicious activity; the User is or becomes a Prohibited User; or where required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

11.3 SELF-EXCLUSION
Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent closure. Hoki99 will use reasonable efforts to prevent excluded users from opening new accounts during their exclusion period.

12.1 SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Hoki99 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or factors beyond our control. Hoki99 accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of Platform unavailability.

12.2 EXCLUSION OF INDIRECT LOSSES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hoki99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated winnings. Our total aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the preceding 12 months.

12.3 USER RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk and expense. Hoki99 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the overall design — is the proprietary intellectual property of Hoki99 or its licensors. No User is granted any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Hoki99.

The Hoki99 name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of Hoki99's name, brand, or logo — including in advertising, affiliate marketing materials, or any public communication — without a valid written agreement is strictly prohibited.

14.1 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Hoki99's international gaming licence. Hoki99 operates under the Curaçao gaming jurisdiction and does not represent that its services are governed by the laws of Malaysia or any other specific country.

14.2 DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact Hoki99's support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under Hoki99's international licensing jurisdiction.

14.3 JURISDICTION DISCLAIMER
Hoki99 makes no claim that its services are lawful or accessible in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws.

Hoki99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations — will be notified to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect.

Non-material clarifications or updates may be made without advance notice. All changes will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
